Seek Help if You Experience Too Many "Normal Feelings"

Too many "normal feelings" may mean you are experiencing post-traumatic stress syndrome. These feelings include: worrying, anxiety, depression, or discontentment in your persistent inability to slash your own wrists.
Ask other employees how they are feeling. If your feelings are similar to 9 out of 10 other employees, then most likely you will survive with few emotional scars.
