Nameless Art Film
We interrupt the daily Self-Gratification Award to give a little free promotion to a little art film worthy of attention. We need to help out the little guy in this all-out war of the Hollywood machine versus the independent artist. With all the heavily-promoted blockbusters coming out of Hollywood, we felt it necessary to highlight one of the more artistic, compassionate, "real" films about real people and real emotions.
Like the Andy Warhol-produced film Trash, today's art film is also about a fantastic, stylized world. The difference being, of course, is that in today's film the characters don't pass out in a public hallway naked.
But they do fly around on broomsticks.
